Terms - Important Ordering Information


We are a wholesale bakery and our breads are placed in large wholesale distributor warehouses across the U.S. for distribution. We are not provided a list of stores, restaurants, hotels, casinos, etc. of where our breads are sold or served, so we are unable to provide that type of information to you. We do not ship outside of the United States.

We do not have a storefront. To place an order, please visit our website at www.sbakery.com and click "Shop Our Bakery." All orders must be placed online on our website. We do not accept phone or fax orders. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We do not accept checks or cash. All orders must be placed using a credit card transaction.

Upon checkout, in the Shipping box, you may choose to have your order delivered or you may choose to come to our bakery and pick up your order. We bake to order, so you will need to place your order 4 to 7 business days in advance if you plan to pick up your order. You may come anytime of the day (24 hours a day) on your scheduled pick-up date to pick up your order. Be sure to check your voicemail and email before you come to pick up your order, because on rare occasion there may be an issue with having your order ready on time. To assure freshness, please be sure your order is picked up on the scheduled pickup date. Your order will be ready in our monitored UPS/Customer pickup room, which is located to the left of our front doors — near the freezer trucks and wooden fence. Do not enter through the front offices, only through the UPS/Customer pickup room, then go upstairs. Find the box with your name on it on the “Customer” shelf.

If your order is being shipped, various UPS shipping options are offered depending on your location. They should arrive within 4 days after they are shipped to assure freshness because our breads are perishable and have no preservatives. Your order is shipped out the same day that it is baked, which is shipped out between Monday and Wednesday unless there is a holiday. UPS does not deliver on the weekends, so we do not ship past Tuesday or Wednesday of any given week, depending on when your order is placed and what shipping method you selected. You can expect delivery of your order between Wednesday and Friday. When orders are placed for shipping, please allow 4 to 7 business days for production and delivery. Feel free to call us Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time if you have any questions.

Please note the following: We do not split up boxes, mix boxes of items, or sell our items per package other than our “gift” options. Sorry, no exceptions! There is no maximum you can order. If you would like a variety, then you will need to order one of our 2 gift bread baskets, which are the first 2 items listed under "Shop Our Bakery."

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS: If your order arrives 5 or more days after we shipped through UPS, please contact us ASAP and we can issue you a refund or replacement. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur, and your order may spoil before it arrives because of a late delivery. We will investigate the issue through UPS and issue you a refund or reship your order if you prefer. If you pick up your item and it is not fresh, we will replace the order.
