Q. Which distributors carry your products?

Q. How do I place a retail order?

A. For retail orders, go to Shop All located at the top left-hand side of the page.


Q. How do I setup a direct wholesale account?

A. While we highly suggest going through a distributor, you are able to setup a direct account. Please note that orders through this route are shipped fresh through UPS and will not be shipped frozen. Be sure to freeze upon arrival as our orders only have about a 4-5 day shelf life unless refrigerated or frozen.


Q. What is the best way to store your products?

A. We ship retail and direct orders fresh. Once shipped, they habe a max shelf life of 5 days. Please inspect the order once you receive it and freeze right away for up to 1 year. You are also able to refrigerate our products for up to 2 weeks, though we do not recommend this because it may dry out your bread. For best results, leave the products in the shipping box and keep the plastic wrapping sealed
