Q. Which distributors carry your products?

Q. How do I setup a direct wholesale account?

A. While we highly suggest going through a distributor listed here Distributor List By State, you are able to setup a direct account by going to Orders through this route are shipped fresh through UPS and will not be shipped frozen. Be sure to freeze upon arrival as our orders only have about a 3-4 day shelf life unless refrigerated or frozen.

A. You will need to go to to fill out our wholesale application.

Retail Customers:

Q. What is the best way to store your products?

A. We ship retail orders fresh. Once shipped, they have a maximum shelf life of 4 days. Inspect the order once you receive it and freeze right away for up to 1 year. You are also able to refrigerate our products for up to 2 weeks, though we do not recommend this because it may dry out your bread. For best results, leave the products in the shipping box and keep the plastic wrapping sealed

Q. Can I walk in and purchase products?

A. No, we do not have a walk-in store. You will need to place your order on this website.

Q. Can we place an order by phone?

A. No, due to security concerns, we cannot place orders over the phone. You will need to place your order on this website.

Q. Are there any grocery stores that carry your products?

A. We sell to distributors like Sysco and US Foods and they do not provide us with a list of businesses that carry our products. Our distributors sell to restaurants, and we are not aware of any grocery stores that carry them. You have the options of picking it up from our bakery here in Houston near Jersey Village, or we also ship it to you.

Q. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

A. To have your order shipped, it takes about 4 to 5 business days to arrive (2 days production and 2 days UPS shipping, depending on what shipping method you choose).

Q. When picking up my order, where do I go?

A. When you arrive, we have a monitored UPS/Customer pick-up room that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you arrive, go to the side door entrance which is our UPS & Customer Pick-up room and is located to the left of our corporate office location. You will see our freezer semi trucks in front of our building. Look for the small wooden fence between the trucks. Walk left of the fence, and you will see the entrance. To assure you receive a fresh product, try to pick up your order on the day that it is scheduled for pick-up. Your package will have your name on the box. Please check your package to make sure your name is on the box, as other people pick up their orders from this room as well.

Q. When can I pick up my order?

A. You can pickup your order anytime on the day you selected upon checkout. Your order may still say pending, and unfortunately that is a glitch in our system. Please arrive on your pickup day of choice, which is listed on your invoice emailed to you the day you ordered. Monitor your phone, voicemail and email if we need additional information or if we are unable to complete your order.

Q. I need to make a change to my order, what should I do?

A. Email us at ASAP, and we will make those changes. We will call or email you if we need additional information. Once we are in the office, we will confirm the changes.

Q. Do you ship outside of the United States?

A. Due to our products having a short shelf life, we are unable to ship orders out of the United States at this time. Through UPS, Puerto Rico and Hawaii require special paperwork and still go through customs so we are unable to ship to those locations at the moment.

Q. How do I place a retail order?

A. For retail orders, go to Shop All located at the top left-hand side of the page.


Q. How many cases in a pallet?

A. All of our products are 32 cases per pallet.

Q. Do you ship?

A. If you need your order shipped, we can provide an estimate freight quote from our third-party vendor.

Q. What is the minimum ordering requirements?

A. 32 cases (1 pallet), but if you are using our third-party freight, we strongly suggest ordering at least 3 pallets to be cost effective.
